No Plateau Fitness LLC was imagined some 20 years ago in the mind of James Thornton, a young student studying Kinesiology & Health Studies and a group of friends in fitness. We believed that we needed to address the fitness needs of the individuals who want to be something different at any stage of his or her life. We believed that evolution begins with a spark and a desire to change and overcome so that life becomes more abundant. We are waiting to help you begin YOUR journey.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
We recommend that you have access to dumbbells ranging from 2 lbs to 35 lbs. Also, pull-up bands are an important addition to your fitness arsenal. Pull up bands extra long resistance bands that are often made to be one continuous loop. By all means this equipment is NOT required but will be useful when you are ready to add variety and resistance to your workout.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Yes. Our team believes nutrition is a key component to weight loss and will move you toward your health and fitness goals at a rapid pace. As such, your journey is unique and your dietary needs are especially delicate. Each plan is curated specifically for you to maximize results to improve outcomes.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
